A new 3 in 1 bathroom heater, exhaust fan and light installed for this homeowner in Payneham.

‍

This one was nice and straightforward. The existing bathroom light was removed and replaced with a new IXL 3 in 1 unit, giving the bathroom heating, extraction and lighting all in the one fitting.

‍

Thankfully, there was plenty of room to work in the roof space and good access down the wall, which made running the additional cabling nice and easy.

‍

I installed a junction in an accessible location in the roof space and extended the existing cabling to a sensible working height, along with the additional cabling required for the new unit and switching.

‍

Everything went in nicely, the new switching was installed and the unit was tested on completion.

‍

Not every job in an established home has to be difficult. Sometimes you get lucky with good access!
