This homeowner in Fairview Park wanted to upgrade their existing exhaust fan and light to a Domus 4-in-1 bathroom heater.

The tricky part was that the bathroom was part of an extension with absolutely no roof access, ducted air conditioning above and very limited wiring at the existing switch.

Luckily, the Domus only needs a two wire connection for its digital controller, which meant I could make it work without cutting any holes in the walls.

‍

There was enough room to enlarge the existing ceiling opening, and I extended the cables so the unit could be connected and worked on at a comfortable height.

‍

The new controller is pretty nifty too, with illuminated touch style buttons. Almost feels like you're operating a spaceship!

All in all, a nice little upgrade and a great option for existing homes where access is limited.
