This job was at a house in Parafield Gardens where the homeowner wanted the existing meter panel and switchboard upgraded to bring everything up to current safety standards.

To complete the upgrade, I organised for SA Power Networks to disconnect power while the old equipment was removed. I then installed a new insulating panel, meter isolator, switchboard, M.E.N, and a completely new earthing system including a new earth stake.

Once everything was installed, the metering was reinstated and power restored. The end result is a much safer installation with individual RCBO protection on the circuits and equipment that meets current standards.
